I don't recommend this travel agency! My partner and I bought a trip to Majorca including a return flight from Vienna. We got information that our return flight was canceled, which also happens. While on vacation, I had to write several times to the lady who works in one of the offices in Vienna about our return. I was offered a flight to Salzburg, and getting to my destination, which was Vienna, I was told to arrange on my own (train or taxi) but only give me 50 € per person !! Absurd! We did not agree to it! The second alternative was to stay in Mallorca and pay € 400 for 2 extra nights! When the day before our departure, we wanted to know how we would get to our home, we were told that our flight to Salzburg had been booked for a few days, so what do we expect? (Even though we did not agree to it) The lady from the travel agency was supposed to inform us about the progress by the day before departure at 5:00 p.m., and after a few exchanges of opinions, I found out that the lady ignored us and simply went home without informing us when we would get home tomorrow. We decided that we had to come back somehow, so we went to the airport on the day of our return, 2 minutes before we returned our luggage to the original line, someone sent us a flight to Vienna. Everything would be fine if someone had informed us in advance and we would not have to pay for our luggage (because we wanted to get on the plane somehow) for which we paid when buying the entire trip! After describing the case, this lady does not reply to our e-mails, and her office also does not contact us, even though I sent them e-mails! Nobody knows who sent us the tickets and yet where did they get the data? I do not recommend it, we wanted to rest and it was a torment!

The lady at the office wanted to send us away with out a contract, we received the car in a very bad condition, when we received the car we actually didnt receive a paper where the damages are marked and as a customer you can sign it, to accept the damages and avoid that they are charging extra cost because of damages, we didnt see the driver who has brought the car, we received a none updated navigation sistem so we couldnt find the cities, main turistic atractions with postal code or entering by name, after we made our complain and promising to receive back money for the navigation system they wanted to pick-up the car from hotel after we have left the hotel, to avoid paying any money back, is not about the amount- is about principe of giving us a very bad service and also trying to stealing us.I do not recommend this company at all, if something happens they explain the bad service with the contract so you can do everything as the manager announced us due to his worker, the main goal of a company is that the customer returns dear manager. We received the car almost without gasoline/ diesel. At the hotel was another car from them, also in a very bad condition.

This travel agency takes individual wishes into account, which is why I have been booking there for years. The employees are extremely friendly and accommodating, they take the time to find the best offer for everyone - including in terms of price. And after the vacation they ask whether you were satisfied with the vacation. So a clear recommendation for “Restplatzbörse Neubaugasse”.
